Help shape the success of some of the UK's most exciting visitor attractions.
We're looking for an ambitious and commercially focused Commercial Marketing Manager to join a leading consumer destination and take ownership of marketing campaigns across a portfolio of immersive experiences, live attractions and long-running visitor events.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced B2C marketer who enjoys combining creativity with commercial thinking. You'll be responsible for driving ticket sales, increasing visitor numbers and delivering marketing campaigns that make a measurable impact on business performance.
The Role
Working as part of an established consumer marketing team, you'll manage the end-to-end marketing activity for a portfolio of attractions, leading campaigns from initial launch through to completion.
Using customer insight, sales data and market intelligence, you'll continually optimise campaign performance, identifying opportunities to maximise revenue, improve customer acquisition and enhance the overall visitor experience.

You'll work closely with specialists across digital marketing, CRM, PR, creative, customer insight and ticketing, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, within budget and achieve ambitious commercial objectives.
Alongside campaign delivery, you'll monitor booking trends, analyse performance and make data-led recommendations around pricing, promotional activity and marketing investment. You'll also build strong relationships with a range of internal stakeholders and external partners, helping ensure every campaign is commercially successful while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
About You
We're looking for someone who combines strong marketing experience with commercial awareness and a genuine passion for creating engaging customer experiences.
You'll ideally have worked within sectors such as:
- Leisure
- Entertainment
- Visitor attractions
- Tourism
- Live events
- Hospitality

- Experience delivering successful B2C marketing campaigns with measurable commercial results.
- A strong understanding of digital marketing, CRM, customer insight and audience segmentation.
- Experience driving ticket sales, visitor growth or customer acquisition.
- The ability to analyse campaign performance and make data-driven commercial decisions.
- Excellent project management skills, with experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the confidence to work collaboratively across a variety of teams and external partners.
