🎟️ Commercial Marketing Manager

📍 Birmingham (Hybrid)
💷 £43-45,000 + Excellent Benefits

Help shape the success of some of the UK's most exciting visitor attractions.

We're looking for an ambitious and commercially focused Commercial Marketing Manager to join a leading consumer destination and take ownership of marketing campaigns across a portfolio of immersive experiences, live attractions and long-running visitor events.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced B2C marketer who enjoys combining creativity with commercial thinking. You'll be responsible for driving ticket sales, increasing visitor numbers and delivering marketing campaigns that make a measurable impact on business performance.

The Role

Working as part of an established consumer marketing team, you'll manage the end-to-end marketing activity for a portfolio of attractions, leading campaigns from initial launch through to completion.

Using customer insight, sales data and market intelligence, you'll continually optimise campaign performance, identifying opportunities to maximise revenue, improve customer acquisition and enhance the overall visitor experience.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
