Commercial Marketing Champion Wanted

Big FMCG Brands

Location: London
Working Days: 2-days per week

Salary: To £65,000 plus bonus, plus benefits

The company continues to build a vital interest in winning long-term retail brand partnerships with the UK’s biggest grocery customers, alongside an exciting portfolio of iconic category-busting brands, and we're looking for an exceptional commercially-minded marketeer to drive and deliver ambitious innovation plans.

It's a highly commercial, cross-functional position: you'll win hearts and minds internally across every other function, influence product strategy, drive major innovation and EPD projects, analyse performance, coordinate complex initiatives, and help shape the future direction of the Retailer Brand business unit.

We're looking for someone who...

  • Thrives in a fast-moving environment where priorities change regularly and enjoys bringing structure to complexity.
  • Has FMCG experience from any of the commercial sales, category, marketing, or product development functions – a true hybrid role.
  • Loves managing multiple cross-functional projects and does so with real drive for results.
  • Has an analytical mind and confidence interpreting financial and market data.
