You’ll be joining The Commercial Marketing team who sit at the heart of Bauer Media Advertising, creating commercially driven ideas, campaigns and experiences across audio, publishing, outdoor, digital and live events. The Difference you will make

As a Commercial Marketing Senior Designer you’ll be reporting into the Head of Commercial Marketing and overseeing the creative direction and execution of commercial pitches, presentations, campaigns, media packs, social and digital content, motion and video assets, event and experiential branding, partnership creative and wider sales and marketing collateral.

The role plays a key part in shaping how Bauer Media Advertising shows up in market — ensuring our creative output consistently reflects the quality, energy and innovation that helps brands choose us to own every moment.

Your role

  • Produce standout presentations, pitch decks and creative templates that elevate the Bauer Media Advertising brand and help differentiate us within a competitive media landscape.
  • Maintain, organise and evolve the creative asset library, including templates, imagery, icons and design resources used across the wider sales and marketing teams.
  • Lead, mentor and develop a junior designer, encouraging creativity, collaboration and high standards.
  • Translate research, insights and data into visually engaging and compelling creative narratives.
  • Pull together information from a variety of sources to craft persuasive, commercially driven sales stories and proposals.
  • Support the Commercial Marketing team on events, launches and experiential projects, taking a hands-on approach to help bring ideas to life.
  • Inspire and encourage internal teams to think more creatively, championing strong design, storytelling and innovation.

The Skills you will bring

  • Proven experience working within a commercial creative environment.
  • Experience creating assets across print, digital, social, motion and presentation design.
  • Exceptional graphic design, layout and typography skills, with a strong eye for detail and visual storytelling.
  • Experience creating motion graphics and video content for digital and social platforms.
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Understanding of Figma, After Effects and video/motion workflows.
  • Awareness of AI-assisted creative tools and emerging technologies.

Working Pattern/Location

This is full-time role, Monday – Friday, 9am – 5.30pm with flexible working hours. We also offer a hybrid way of working that supports a balance of working from home and our office in London (5 minutes’ walk from Euston Station)
