Commerce Media Lead | 6-9 Month FTC | £500/day (DOE) | 4 Days/Week

Liberty Hive is recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading industry trade body in advertising, for a Commerce Media Lead to drive their work in one of the fastest-growing areas of digital advertising.

The Opportunity

Commerce Media is reshaping how advertising is planned, bought and measured, as retailers, marketplaces, financial services and travel businesses increasingly monetise their first-party data, audiences and digital properties. Our client is repositioning its offer from Retail Media to Commerce Media, broadening its community beyond retail to bring in advertisers, airlines, hotels, financial services and marketplaces, who don't see "retail media" as a natural home.

The Role

This is a senior, individual contributor role for someone with strong judgement, excellent relationships and the ability to bring members together, agree priorities and deliver against them. You'll develop clear positions on the issues shaping the future of Commerce Media, represent the organisation at conferences, in media interviews and at senior stakeholder forums, and build relationships with international counterparts, trade bodies, analysts and commentators to bring global thinking into the UK market.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
