Commercial Medicines Access Technical Analyst
Due to the expansion of our current service, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Medicines Access Technical Analyst to join the All Wales Therapeutics and Toxicology Centre (AWTTC).
Working in close collaboration with the Medicines Value Unit (MVU), you will play a key role as part of a multidisciplinary team focused on improving the efficiency and timeliness of medicines access across Wales. This work will support all university health boards and the trust in Wales to deliver safe, high-quality services and contribute to the cost-effective use of medicines.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Medicines Value Unit (MVU)
- Improve the efficiency and timeliness of medicines access across Wales
- Support university health boards and the trust in Wales
- Deliver safe, high-quality services
- Contribute to the cost-effective use of medicines
Essential Skills and Experience
- Experience of working in a pharmacy environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Confidence using spreadsheets
- Ability to work with a range of datasets
- Identify opportunities to improve medicines access across Wales
- Communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders
- Apply strong problem-solving skills
