Commercial Mortgage Broker (Employed or Self-Employed) | Competitive Package, DOE

Build a rewarding career in commercial mortgage broking, with warm leads provided whether you choose Employed or the Self Employed path.

About the Opportunity

We're currently working with several established brokerages specialising in real estate bridging, commercial mortgages and complex buy-to-let who are hiring for this type of role, each offering a steady flow of qualified leads and the support needed to focus on what you do best: advising clients and growing your business.

About the Role

As a Commercial Mortgage Broker, you will advise clients on a range of bridging, commercial mortgage and complex buy-to-let solutions, working with leads provided by the business rather than starting from scratch. Both employed and self-employed routes are available, so you can choose the structure that best suits how you want to work.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
