WE’RE HIRING: COMMERCIAL ONBOARDING EXECUTIVE
Location: Hybrid
Salary: £35,000–£40,000 DOE
Department: Commercial – New Business
Reports to: Chief Growth and Product Officer
ABOUT THE ROLE
Go10 is looking for a highly organised Commercial Onboarding Executive to own the end-to-end onboarding of new brands — from commercial approval through to launch with our retail partners.
Working closely with our Business Development Manager and cross-functional teams across Compliance, Operations, Purchasing, Finance, IT/DevOps and Sales Operations, you’ll be the central point of coordination.
You’ll ensure contracts, commercials, product data and operational requirements are completed accurately and on time — enabling new brands to launch at pace.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own the onboarding plan and timeline for each newly approved brand
- Coordinate and support the negotiation of supplier agreements and commercial contracts, including pricing, payment terms and due diligence documentation
- Maintain clear records of margin, MOQ, freight, returns, rebates and funding commitments
- Own and run the onboarding tracker, covering actions, owners, dependencies, risks and launch dates — proactively chasing blockers before they affect launch
- Coordinate the collection of product data, pricing, assets and specifications, while tracking compliance and certification progress
- Maintain the central commercial record for each brand throughout Incubation and coordinate information for internal reviews
- Work closely with brands, internal Brand Managers and Key Account Managers to maximise every opportunity
- Support margin analysis and auditing across the business and contribute to wider commercial reporting
- Prepare structured handovers and detailed business plans as brands transfer into our Commercial Teams

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
