HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
We are delighted to offer this opportunity within our Commercial Operations team. The Commercial Operations Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the smooth and efficient functioning of our boutique operations. This position is responsible for providing essential administrative and logistical support, ensuring that our boutiques are well-equipped and maintain high standards of operational excellence.
WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSION?
Boutique Operations:
- Provide direct support to the Operations Team’s daily tasks and projects
- Act as a primary point of contact for boutiques regarding operational queries and support requests
- Assist in coordinating various operational initiatives and projects to enhance boutique efficiency and performance
Uniforms, Point of Sale Materials (POSM) and Consumables Management:
- Manage the ordering, inventory, and distribution for boutiques
- Monitor stock levels, anticipate needs, and place orders to prevent shortages
- Liaise and negotiate with vendors and suppliers ensuring timely execution and delivery of services
- Ensure that CSR principles are part of all our activities

Administrative Support:
- Process and manage all invoices related to boutique operations, including POSM, uniforms, and other operational expenses, by creating Purchase Orders in SAP
- Ensure accuracy and compliance of invoices with company policies and budget allocations
- Provide general administrative support to the Commercial Operations Manager and the wider Commercial Excellence team
Commercial Community:
- Support on transversal projects across the Office and in Boutiques
- Support on the performance dashboards when the Head of Performance is away
- Assist the Commercial Operations Manager in the development and animation of Boutique communities - Admins, Boutique Assistants
- Organise retail meetings and workshops, thoroughly capturing minutes and actions
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
- Good understanding of boutiques operations and luxury retail industry
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with internal teams and external suppliers
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word)
- Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems for invoice processing and data management
- Comfortable with analysis and data management
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Attention to detail, taking pride in the accuracy of your work
- Professionalism in your appearance as presence in the boutiques will be required
- A proactive and problem-solving attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
