About Wild Capital

Wild Capital is on a mission to protect nature - permanently. We're one of the UK's largest suppliers of high-integrity Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) units and Nutrient Neutrality credits, working with developers, infrastructure projects and land promoters across the country. Our national network of habitat banks means that when we close a deal, real land is protected, for good.

The Role

We're looking for a sharp, organised Commercial Operations Coordinator to sit at the heart of our commercial engine. This is a high-impact, fast-paced role where you'll own the end-to-end flow of our sales operations - from the moment an enquiry lands to the moment a quote goes out and a deal progresses. You'll be the person who keeps everything moving, nothing gets lost, and every opportunity has a clear next step.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
