About Regulus

Regulus Asset Management is a family-run business established in 1999, specialising in supplying vehicles and vehicle solutions to independent rental operators across the UK. Our team combines more than 20 years of industry experience, supporting customers with vehicle rental, outright purchase, asset management and remarketing solutions. Our reputation has been built on exceptional customer service, strong industry relationships and a flexible approach that makes us one of the easiest businesses in the sector to work with.

About the Role

We are looking for an organised, commercially minded and proactive individual to work directly alongside the Directors of the business.

This is a varied role that sits between commercial support, relationship management and business development. You will act as a trusted right-hand person to the Directors, helping manage opportunities, maintain customer and supplier relationships, keep key initiatives moving and support the day-to-day commercial operation of the business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
