Meraki Talent are exclusively supporting with the appointment of a Commercial & Operations Finance Manager based in Edinburgh paying £70,000 - £80,000 + 20% bonus and a fantastic benefits package.

The Opportunity

The Role

The Commercial & Operations Finance Manager role sits at the heart of the organisation’s commercial and operational decision-making, offering a significant opportunity to move beyond traditional financial reporting and become a true value-adding partner to the business.

Far removed from a routine month-end close environment, the role will provide meaningful influence across commercial strategy, operational performance, and forward planning. Working closely with senior stakeholders, the successful candidate will translate financial insight into actionable decisions, identify opportunities to drive performance, and help shape the future direction of the business.

  • £70,000 - £80,000 base salary - the employer's preference is up to £75,000, although they are willing to consider excellent applicants up to £80,000
  • 20% bonus potential
