About Entourage

We’re a fast-growing B2B marketing agency working with some of the world’s most innovative enterprise tech brands - including Adobe, Google, AWS, SAP, and Salesforce. We design and activate high-impact marketing and event campaigns that drive real results.

The Role

This is a highly visible role that sits at the centre of the business, working closely with our CEO, sales, client services and delivery teams. You will take ownership of the commercial and operational process from initial client brief through to project mobilisation.

When a new opportunity comes into the business, you'll work with internal teams to define the scope, build pricing, create proposals, prepare statements of work, manage contractual documentation and ensure projects are successfully handed over into delivery.

You won't be responsible for generating revenue or carrying a sales target. Instead, you'll be responsible for ensuring opportunities are commercially sound, accurately scoped, profitable and operationally ready for delivery.

This is an ideal role for somebody who enjoys combining commercial thinking, project management, problem solving and operational execution.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Scoping & Pricing

  • Lead the scoping and pricing of client opportunities
  • Translate client briefs into structured, costed solutions
  • Build project budgets, resource plans and commercial models
  • Work with established pricing frameworks and rate cards
  • Identify commercial risks and recommend improvements
  • Ensure projects are scoped profitably and realistically
  • Support the development of new pricing models and service offerings

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
