£52,500 + 6k Car Allowance, Bonus
Hybrid Working - 3 days in the office - Northamptonshire

This role sits at the centre of that transformation. As Commercial Operations Manager, you’ll design the rhythms, processes and systems that unlock commercial performance today while shaping the future operating model for tomorrow.

You will:
- Run the Sales operation with discipline, pace and clarity.
- Lead the IBP (integrated business planning) demand planning cycle end-to-end.
- Build predictable commercial rhythms across planning, budgeting and performance cycles.
- Strengthen team culture and lead capability uplift through the Commercial Academy.
- Resolve supply-related tensions and make customer-centric priority calls.
- Partner with IT and Data teams to embed automation, forecasting tools and improved analytics.
- Drive simplification, continuous improvement and scalable commercial processes.

Requirements:
- Experience in Sales Operations or Commercial Planning ideally from a consumer / FMCG industry.
- A love for structure, organisation and improving how teams work.
- Confidence to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- A passion for solving operational challenges with data, insight and pragmatism.
- A keen desire to help build a modern, digitally enabled commercial function.
