Description
As Commercial Operations Manager for Broadcast Partnerships, you will provide the operational foundation that enables DAZN Broadcast Partnerships and our new in flight product offering to grow globally.
You'll support the leadership team in commercial activities from onboarding of partners, preparing presentations, providing executive administrative support and more.
This is a fantastic chance to take your experience in operations, administration and understanding of the sports media landscape to take on a varied, dynamic role with lots of autonomy and room to grow.
This role will be based on site in our Hammersmith office.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide day-to-day operational support for DAZN Broadcast Partnerships and the launch of our in flight product offering.
- Coordinate onboarding for new partners and new markets, ensuring partners are set up across DAZN systems, contracts, billing processes, reporting tools, product access and operational workflows.
- Act as the primary operational contact for partners, supporting queries, escalations, customer service issues, access requirements, service readiness and issue resolution.
- Support the President of Broadcast Partnerships by coordinating the operational delivery and commercial initiatives, as well as daily administrative and executive support.
- Coordinate with Finance on invoicing, billing, reconciliations, purchase orders, payments, revenue reporting inputs and partner lists.
- Work with Legal, Procurement, Product, Technology and Customer Service to support workflows, approval processes, partner setup, access, entitlements, product launches and changes, service issues and operational readiness.

What You'll Bring:
- Experience in partner operations, commercial operations, sales administration or revenue support, ideally within broadcast media, sport, subscription or entertainment.
- Experience supporting onboarding, reporting, issue resolution and day-to-day operational coordination.
- Strong administrative discipline across contracts, invoicing, billing, reconciliations, customer data, venue lists, reporting inputs and workflow tracking.
- Confident working cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Procurement, Product, Technology, Customer Service, Marketing and Commercial teams.
- Highly organised and detail-focused, with the ability to manage multiple markets, priorities and deadlines.
- Clear communicator with the confidence to support external partners, chase internal actions and escalate blockers.
- Interest in sport and broadcast media.
