This is a Group-wide, multi-site role offering hybrid working, with Redditch as the primary base and UK and international travel across Solid State Group locations as required.

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Operations Manager to take ownership of the systems, reporting and governance that underpin commercial performance across Solid State Group.
Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, you will be the business owner for Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power BI commercial reporting, forecasting and pipeline governance, ensuring our commercial data is accurate, trusted and used effectively to drive decision-making.
What you will be doing
- Own and develop Microsoft Dynamics 365 across the commercial organisation
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and executive reporting
- Manage pipeline governance, forecasting and reporting processes
- Analyse pipeline health, conversion, forecast accuracy and commercial performance
- Turn data into actionable insight for senior leaders and commercial teams
- Drive CRM adoption, data quality and consistent commercial processes
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Business Unit leaders
- Identify opportunities to improve and automate commercial reporting and workflows

What we are looking for
You will have at least 5 years' experience within Commercial Operations, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Analytics or CRM Management, with:
- Strong hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience
- Strong Power BI reporting and dashboard capability
- Experience supporting a B2B sales organisation
- Forecasting, pipeline governance and commercial reporting experience
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
- Strong commercial judgement and the confidence to work with and constructively challenge senior stakeholders
