Commercial Operations Manager

We're building operations with AI at its core, and we mean it. Our operating layer runs on BigQuery, our first agents ship this quarter with our build partner, and the model is simple: a small team, serious volume, and machines doing the coordination. You won't process orders by hand: you'll own the agents that draft the work, and you'll manage the analysts who run it. You edit, decide and improve.
Reporting to our COO, you own the commercial channels where the money actually moves: wholesale, corporate, and marketplace including Amazon. Orders in the door, out the door, and paid for.
What You'll Do
- Own B2B and corporate order processing end to end: PO to delivery, routing guides, ASN and labelling compliance, chargebacks, and allocation against the weeks-of-cover caps.
- Own marketplace operations: Amazon account health, buy box, in-stock and reimbursements, run on our own BigQuery numbers, not the platform's. Stock into FBA and AWD stays with Production & Logistics; you own the channel.
- Run the weekly Amazon and marketplace scorecards.
- Own invoice routing and receivables chasing across wholesale and corporate. Know what payment is owed and get it in.
- Manage and maintain your own agents: order-processing drafts, B2B compliance, the scorecard feed.

Who You Are
- 4+ years in commercial, sales or channel operations at a physical goods brand: several of wholesale, B2B, and marketplaces including Amazon Seller/Vendor Central.
- You know order-to-cash cold: routing guides, ASNs, chargebacks, receivables. You've cleaned up a messy B2B ops function before.
- AI-first with evidence. You've automated real work and can tell us exactly what it replaced.
- A manager who sets standards and lifts the people around you, and low-ego enough to still fix the order yourself.
- Based in or able to work from London (Fitzrovia) or Boston.
