Why this role
Genora is a specialist life sciences search firm, founded in 2026 and growing fast across the UK, EU and US. We're growing, ambitious and building the business properly from day one. This is a new role and you'd shape it. You'd work directly with the two founders/directors, see every commercial decision up close, and build the systems the next wave of hires will rely on.
If you're the person everyone already asks "how did you do that?" when it comes to an AI output, this is for you.
The role
- Use Claude (and other AI tools) daily to build market maps, target lists and company research for the senior sales team.
- Produce pitch decks, shortlist decks and client-facing material on brand.
- Build candidate assessment rubrics and scorecards for live searches.
- Turn repeatable tasks into AI-assisted workflows the whole team can use.
- Research and shortlist relevant life sciences conferences and events.
- Negotiate sponsorship, exhibition and attendance packages, and manage the logistics
- Support marketing: LinkedIn content, company page activity and campaign admin
- Keep the commercial engine running: CRM hygiene, trackers, diaries and general office management.
- Train new hires on the tools and workflows as the team grows.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
