As a Commercial Operations Professional, you will take ownership of key operational processes that support the lifecycle of our commercial vehicle fleet, combining fleet administration, insurance management and commercial coordination. Working closely with depots, Operations, Commercial and external partners, you will drive operational excellence and help deliver an exceptional customer experience. Sounds interesting? YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

  • You own key fleet administration processes and maintain accurate fleet records across all internal systems
  • You manage fleet insurance administration, including COI renewals, total loss and stolen vehicle claims from notification to settlement
  • You act as the primary contact for insurance providers, brokers and claims partners, and process DPA requests in line with legal requirements
  • You work closely with the Remarketing team to ensure accurate and timely administration of sold vehicles
  • You identify opportunities to improve operational processes and support the implementation of new systems and reporting tools
  • You build strong relationships across Commercial, Operations and the depot network to deliver shared objectives

Your Skills Matter

  • Ownership: You take accountability for delivering high-quality work, proactively identifying issues and driving them through to resolution
  • Commercial Awareness: You understand how fleet operations, compliance and insurance contribute to business performance and customer satisfaction
  • Organisation: You can manage multiple priorities whilst maintaining exceptional attention to detail
  • Expertise: You have experience within fleet, automotive, transport, insurance or commercial operations and understand fleet administration and compliance processes
  • Technical Skills: You are confident using Microsoft Excel and operational systems to analyse data, produce reports and support decision making
  • Collaboration: You build strong relationships across functions and work effectively with colleagues, suppliers and external partners
