The mission of Commercial Operations Service is to create and maintain efficient and high-quality service delivery within commercial operations, ensuring that internal and external stakeholders experience consistent excellence in every aspect of service. This role includes the coordination of logistics, processes, and resources to streamline operations, facilitate communication, and optimize service outcomes.
You need to enhance customer satisfaction, drive operational efficiency, support cross-functional collaboration, and contribute to the overall growth and profitability of the organization. You will be a forward-thinking and proactive individual working together with the local Sales Manager and Key Account Manager. This is a challenging and varied role that demands an individual with robust skills in multi-tasking and proactivity.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process Optimization: Analyze and streamline processes related to sales, marketing, customer service, and other commercial functions to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to track sales performance, generate reports, and provide insights to optimize sales strategies and minimize lost sales.
- Customer centric approach: Ensuring that customer needs are met and exceeded maintaining a proactive and responsive approach to service delivery.
- Build a strong relationship with Key and Strategic Partners being the reference person for them and by developing a solid understanding of customer needs.
- Data Management: Manage and analyze data from sales, customer feedback, and market research to inform decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (e.g., Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain) to align commercial operations with company goals and strategies.
- Compliance and Governance: Ensure that commercial operations are in line with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to commercial teams on operational processes, tools, and best practices.
- Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Staying ahead of industry trends and continuously seeking ways to innovate processes, improve service quality, and enhance the customer experience.
- Play an active role in weekly dashboard meetings, monthly, quarterly, and annual forecast achievement and identifying risks and opportunities.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience Commercial Operations, Customer Service, Sales Operations, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in English and French (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook); Power BI is a plus
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, key accounts, and internal stakeholders
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality service and enhancing customer satisfaction
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Nice to have:
- Experience in the fashion, footwear, FMCG, or retail industry
- Knowledge of Power BI, SAP, Salesforce, or similar business systems
