Commercial Operations Manager

We’re supporting a global technology and engineering organisation to hire a Commercial Operations & Systems Manager to own HubSpot and the systems, data, and processes supporting its international commercial team.

This is a hands-on role offering the opportunity to take ownership of the platform through implementation and build a scalable commercial operations environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Own HubSpot configuration, administration, and ongoing development.
  • Embed MEDDPICC into CRM workflows, stage gates, mandatory fields, buying roles, and reporting.
  • Configure pipelines, properties, workflows, permissions, lifecycle stages, lead routing, and scoring.
  • Build account hierarchies and parent-child structures, including indirect and distributor-led relationships.
  • Support CRM migration, go-live, and integration with finance, quoting, and customer-service systems.
  • Improve data quality, pipeline hygiene, forecasting, and commercial reporting.
  • Build dashboards covering pipeline, win rates, sales cycles, and forecast accuracy.
  • Work jointly with Sales and Marketing on shared CRM objects, attribution reporting, and campaign-to-deal associations.
  • Drive CRM adoption through training, onboarding, and user support.
  • Identify opportunities to improve productivity through AI and automation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
