Salary: £14.00 - £16.00 per hour

The Role
We are looking for an experienced Commercial Paint Sprayer to join a skilled team within a brand-new paint facility. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, focused on delivering high-quality finishes on large steel fabrications.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation and painting of large steel structures
- Operating within a commercial paint shop environment
- Using air-assisted paint systems
- Ensuring a high-quality, consistent finish in line with industry standards
- Working both independently and as part of a team

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Paint Sprayer / Paint Technician
- Experience working on large commercial or industrial projects
- Knowledge of air-assisted paint systems
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
