Location: Warwick, CV34 6TE Hours: 37 hours per week | Mon-Thurs 06:00–15:30 Hourly Rate: Up to £19.10/hour (Paid onExperience)
About the Role
Do you thrive on detail, production standards, and teamwork? We’re looking for a Commercial Paint Sprayer/Prepper to join our paint department at Warwick.
In this role, you’ll ensure vehicles are perfectly masked and prepared—maintaining high quality while meeting strict production line takt times. You’ll also uphold spotless housekeeping, follow health & safety protocols, and contribute to team-driven quality improvements.
Flexibility is key—your support may be needed across different units, covering various paintshop tasks.
Responsibilities
- Precision vehicle masking and surface prep to rigorous standards
- Comply with takt times and production demands
- Promote good housekeeping—keeping the worksite clean and organised
- Adhere to all H&S guidelines (including daily work with solvents)
- Support multi-unit operations, assisting with cross-department tasks
- Occasional heavy lifting, movement between units, and working in awkward positions

Requirements
We welcome any background—experience isn’t mandatory, but these will give an edge:
- H&S knowledge (especially in a solvent-rich environment)
- Basic awareness of takt times and production efficiency
- Previous experience in a similar role (e.g., masking, prep work)
- Physical ability—climbing, confined spaces, able to navigate vehicle bodies/hoppers
- Flexibility to relocate between our Warwick site’s three units
