NurseFlex | Hybrid: London, Manchester & the Midlands | Up to £100,000 OTE
We're a health tech startup, and we're hiring our founding sales reps to grow our platform fast.
If you can sell, back yourself, and want to get in on the ground floor before this gets big, keep reading.
WHAT IS NURSEFLEX
NurseFlex is a technology platform changing how healthcare providers find and manage their workforce. We connect care homes, hospitals and healthcare groups with the nurses and carers they need. The product is built. Now we need people to go and grow it.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Simple. Find healthcare providers, sell them NurseFlex, and bring healthcare professionals onto the platform. You'll build your own pipeline, talk to decision-makers, close deals and grow the accounts you win. You get real autonomy and direct access to the founders from day one.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
THE EARNINGS (UP TO £100k)
This is built for people who want to earn. Hitting £100,000 a year is genuinely achievable here because of how the model works, and £100k is the ceiling we've set. You start self-employed on commission, and once you're generating revenue with clear growth, we move you toward a salaried structure.
Three ways to earn, and you choose:
- Commission first: pure commission on the revenue you generate. The fastest way up.
- Salary plus commission: a base salary with a lower commission rate once you're proven.
- Salary plus quarterly targets: hit your numbers each quarter and build toward £100k.
EQUIPMENT
We're an early-stage startup, so to start you'll use your own laptop, phone and headset. Once you're generating revenue and we can see the growth, we'll expense your software and tools. We provide the platform, CRM, training and full support.

WHO WE WANT
You don't need a fancy CV or a big-name employer behind you. You need to be able to sell and to get things done. You might come from B2B sales, recruitment, SaaS, staffing or business development, or you might just be a natural closer who wants a shot. If you pick up the phone, take a no on the chin and chase the yes, we want to talk.
WHY NOW
Get in at the founding stage, earn while you build, and grow into leadership as we scale. If you want a safe, average sales job, this isn't it. If you want to build something and be paid for the results you create, apply now.
“It took my CV and asked me questions relevant to understanding what kind of jobs to suggest for me. Suggestions were almost perfect. Jobs were exactly what I’ve been looking for.”
