About the Role

AIRX Technologies is looking for a commercially driven Commercial Partner Manager to manage and grow our existing customer relationships. This is a customer-facing commercial and account management role, focused on pricing, solution development, customer relationships, and account growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary commercial contact for assigned customers.
  • Manage customer pricing, quotations, and commercial proposals.
  • Understand customer requirements and develop suitable connectivity and technology solutions.
  • Work closely with Pricing, Procurement, Operations, and Carrier Relations teams.
  • Engage with carriers and vendors to source competitive solutions and pricing.
  • Manage commercial negotiations and protect AIRX margins.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with existing customers.
  • Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts.
  • Support tenders, projects, renewals, and contract negotiations.
  • Maintain accurate customer and opportunity information in Salesforce.
  • Proactively manage customer requirements and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in account management, customer success, commercial, pricing, or a similar role.
  • Strong customer communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Commercially aware with good numerical and analytical skills.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proactive, accountable, and comfortable working in a fast-growing business.
  • Experience in telecoms, connectivity, IT, or technology is advantageous.
