A new role, which will be key in supporting the delivery of commercial partnerships and operational activities across The O2 Belfast site, supporting the Partnership Manager to achieve a range of KPIs linked to partner engagement and delivering a premium experience.

MAIN DUTIES

The post holder will:-

  • Support the successful delivery and fulfilment of partnership agreements, ensuring all contractual rights and deliverables are executed in a timely manner and to a high standard.
  • Build and maintain positive partner relationships, delivering BEET, Best Experience Every Time for all partners.
  • Act as the primary day-to-day contact for partners, responding to operational queries such as ticket allocations and hospitality requests.
  • Co-ordinate partnership assets, timelines and approval processes across internal departments, ensuring clear communication so that colleagues are aware of their responsibilities and accountability is supported.
  • Prepare draft partnership agreement for internal approval.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, partner documentation to support effective relationship management.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance partner relationships, upselling initiatives in collaboration with the Commercial and F&B teams.
  • Support the planning and delivery of on-site partnership events and activations.
  • Provide general administrative and reporting support to both the Commercial and Giants teams.
  • Undertake any other duties that may reasonably be required to support the successful delivery of Odyssey objectives
