Crowd Network partners with elite sportspeople and brands to create multi-platform shows across audio, video, and social media channels. Our content reaches millions of people every month, and our mission is to give global brands access to this engaged audience in a creative and authentic way. We have built industry-leading shows across Rugby Union, Cycling, Cricket, and Women’s Football and are currently expanding into new sports.
Role Overview
The Commercial Partnerships Lead is responsible for driving revenue growth across Crowd’s portfolio of shows by developing and managing strategic brand partnerships. They identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships with brands and agencies, and create commercially compelling campaigns that align with Crowd’s content and audience.
This role combines business development, relationship management, and creative thinking. The Commercial Partnerships Lead owns the full partnership lifecycle, from pitching and negotiation through to onboarding and delivery, ensuring partnerships deliver value for both clients and the business.

They play a key role in shaping Crowd’s commercial strategy, increasing market presence, and ensuring the business remains competitive within the evolving media and content landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business growth across Crowd Network’s portfolio.
- Cultivate relationships with brands and media agencies.
- Develop and execute sales strategies that align with our shows and audience.
- Increase market awareness of Crowd Network’s value proposition.
- Manage the full partnership lifecycle, from pitch and negotiation to onboarding and delivery.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging commercial opportunities.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and revenue reporting.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in media sales, brand partnerships, or business development.
- Strong network of brand and agency contacts.
- Proven track record of delivering revenue growth.
- Ability to create branded content concepts and integrated campaigns.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience working in or around sport is beneficial, with cricket knowledge/contacts seen as a bonus rather than a requirement.
