We're looking for a driven and commercially minded Commercial Partnerships Executive to join Superyachts.com.

Working directly with the Director, you'll support the commercial growth of Superyachts.com and 1970 - The Dominican Republic Superyacht Rendezvous, helping drive partnerships from initial enquiry through to signed contracts and long-term client relationships.

This is not a traditional sales role. Rather than cold calling, you'll focus on lead generation, partnership development, proposals, commercial agreements and relationship management, while representing the business at client meetings and international events.

We're looking for someone with 2-5 years' experience in business development, partnerships, sponsorship or luxury events who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building lasting relationships.

Partnerships & Business Development

  • Identify and research new partnership and commercial opportunities
  • Support outreach activity and follow-up communications with prospective partners
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, sponsors and industry contacts
  • Track opportunities through the commercial pipeline and ensure timely follow-up
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and commercial documentation
  • Support wider business development initiatives across Superyachts.com

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
