Role Description

The Commercial Partnerships Lead is a full-time remote role responsible for identifying, securing, and managing strategic commercial partnerships that align with Peanut’s mission and growth objectives. On a day-to-day basis, this role develops and executes partnership strategies, builds and nurtures relationships with prospective and existing partners, and negotiates commercial terms and agreements. The Commercial Partnerships Lead collaborates closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to create integrated partnership campaigns, track performance, and optimize results. This role also involves maintaining a strong pipeline of opportunities, preparing proposals and presentations, and ensuring a positive partner experience from onboarding through ongoing account management.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust, manage expectations, and represent Peanut professionally to external partners.
  • Candidates should possess Sales and Account Management skills, including prospecting, relationship development, revenue growth, and long-term partner retention.
  • Candidates should possess pitching and commercial negotiation skills, with experience structuring deals, managing budgets, and aligning agreements with business goals.
  • Experience in commercial partnerships, business development, or related roles within digital platforms, social networks, or consumer brands is beneficial.
  • Experience and contacts within the parenting space.
  • Contacts with the US/UK/AU/CA markets is preferable
  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret performance data, build business cases, and report on partnership impact.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple projects, and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
