Role Description
The Commercial Partnerships Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the United Kingdom. This position is responsible for identifying, securing & developing pharmacy/wholesale commercial partnerships with private clinics and healthcare providers who offer a strategic fit, ensuring mutually beneficial relationships and sustainable prescription revenue growth.

- Prospecting new partners
- Leading commercial negotiations
- Preparing proposals
- Maintaining strong account management practices to support long-term collaboration
Other Responsibilities
- Analyzing performance data
- Monitoring market trends
- Working closely with internal teams such as operations, clinical, and digital solutions to ensure seamless service delivery
- Representing Pharmazon HomeCare at meetings, events, and presentations, clearly communicating the company’s value proposition and service capabilities
Qualifications
- Ability to build and manage Partnerships and Strategic Partnerships, with a focus on pharmacy/wholesale services and digital health services
- Strong Account Management skills, including relationship development, stakeholder management, and retention strategies
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication, presentation abilities, and negotiation capability
- Robust Analytical Skills to interpret commercial data, assess performance metrics, and support informed decision-making
- Experience in commercial roles within healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or digital health is highly beneficial
- Proven track record in business development or partnership management, preferably with private clinics or healthcare providers
- Comfort working cross-functionally with clinical, operations, and technology teams to deliver integrated solutions
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines and work independently on-site
