About the Role

We’re looking for a driven, commercially minded Partnerships Manager to join the On the Beach Partnerships team. This is a highly relationship-focused and sales-led role, responsible for developing and growing partnerships with key accounts across our hotelier and tourism board network. You’ll play a key role in securing impactful marketing campaigns that deliver measurable value and return on investment for our partners, while driving incremental revenue for On the Beach.

You’ll manage a portfolio of strategic partners, identify new commercial opportunities and work closely with teams across the wider business to bring campaigns to life. From the initial sales conversation through to campaign delivery, performance reporting and renewal, you’ll be responsible for building strong relationships and ensuring our partnerships deliver against both commercial and marketing objectives.

What you’ll be doing day to day

  • Drive partnership revenue by identifying, developing and securing new commercial opportunities across hotelier and tourism board accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key partners, becoming a trusted commercial contact and understanding their business and marketing objectives.
  • Develop and sell integrated marketing campaigns across On the Beach's channels, including SEO, CRM, Paid Media, onsite, social, content, video and other performance marketing opportunities.
  • Manage the full partnership journey from prospecting and pitching through to negotiation, campaign delivery, performance reporting and renewal.
  • Work towards and consistently deliver against individual and team revenue targets and KPIs.
  • Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts through upselling, cross-selling and strategic partnership opportunities.
  • Work collaboratively with teams across the wider business including Marketing, Trading, Supply, CRM, Social, Product and Creative to deliver partner campaigns.
  • Ensure campaigns are commercially viable, well organised and delivered to a high standard and on time.
  • Take ownership of partner performance and return on investment, ensuring campaigns are designed around clear objectives and measurable outcomes.
  • Analyse campaign performance and customer data to demonstrate ROI, reach, engagement, bookings, revenue and other agreed KPIs to partners. Create and present compelling results and performance reports that clearly demonstrate the value delivered from partner investment.
  • Use campaign insights and results to identify further opportunities, secure repeat investment and grow partner accounts.
  • Keep accurate records of opportunities, forecasts, activity and revenue within relevant systems.
  • Contribute to the wider Partnerships strategy, helping identify new products, opportunities and ways of generating incremental revenue.
  • Represent On the Beach at industry events, partner meetings, trade shows and overseas visits, building our profile and strengthening relationships.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
