Commercial Partnerships Manager
Fitzrovia, London (Hybrid, 2–3 Days per Week in Office) • Up to £55,000 Basic + Commission • Full Time

We're working with a leading UK agency that works with more membership organisations than any other in the country, creating award-winning content, events, commercial partnerships and audience engagement programmes.
Our client is looking for an ambitious Commercial Partnerships Manager to help grow revenues across a portfolio of leading professional institutions spanning engineering, marine, business and technical audiences.
Their team generates more than £7m annually from advertising, sponsorship, partnerships and events, and they continue to invest heavily in new commercial products and digital opportunities.
The Role
This is a hands-on commercial role suited to a talented salesperson looking to step into a broader and more strategic opportunity.
You will work across a range of respected client portfolios spanning engineering and marine sector institutions, developing new business opportunities while growing existing client relationships.
You will sell:
- Advertising solutions
- Sponsorship opportunities
- Live event partnerships
- Conferences and awards
- Webinar programmes
- Lead generation campaigns
- Sponsored content
- Thought leadership programmes
- Research projects
- Digital marketing solutions

This is not simply a media sales position. Our clients increasingly require integrated commercial solutions that combine content, events, data, audience engagement and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new commercial partnerships
- Grow existing advertiser and sponsor relationships
- Build a strong pipeline of prospective clients
- Create commercially compelling proposals
- Deliver revenue growth across multiple products and channels
- Work closely with editorial, events and marketing teams
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management
- Identify opportunities for new products and partnerships
Who We're Looking For
You may currently work in:
- B2B publishing
- Conference sales
- Sponsorship sales
- Exhibition sales
- Lead generation
- Marketing services
- Digital media
- SaaS or technology sales
You will ideally have:
- A proven sales record
- Experience managing client relationships
- Strong prospecting skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Commercial curiosity
- High levels of drive and resilience
