This is not a traditional sales operations role. You won't be managing forecasts, owning CRM systems or building revenue models. Instead, you'll play a critical role in helping our commercial leaders perform at their best by creating structure, driving accountability, coordinating strategic initiatives and ensuring great ideas turn into action.

What you'll be doing:

Driving Commercial Performance

You'll help keep our global commercial engine running smoothly by:

  • Coordinating sales performance reviews, leadership meetings and commercial cadences
  • Tracking actions, commitments and key milestones to ensure momentum is maintained
  • Supporting reporting, dashboards and KPI updates
  • Bringing together insights, trends and performance data to inform leadership decision-making
  • Coordinating coaching programmes, development initiatives and performance improvement activities

Supporting Learning & Capability Growth

You'll help our commercial teams continuously develop and succeed by:

  • Coordinating onboarding programmes and ensuring new hires have a great start
  • Managing learning schedules, workshops, webinars and development activities
  • Maintaining onboarding and participation data
  • Collecting feedback and supporting ongoing improvements
  • Curating and organising commercial resources, playbooks and learning content

Enabling Commercial Excellence

You'll help scale what works across our global markets through:

  • Coordinating the sharing of commercial best practice
  • Managing libraries of winning proposals, client success stories and sales resources
  • Supporting sector intelligence and market insight initiatives
  • Tracking engagement with key commercial enablement programmes

Supporting Strategic Leadership Initiatives

You'll be a trusted partner to senior commercial leaders by:

  • Coordinating major commercial initiatives, leadership forums and sales events
  • Providing project management support across strategic programmes
  • Preparing presentations, meeting materials and action trackers
  • Helping leadership teams stay focused, aligned and accountable across multiple markets
