About The Role
Help drive commercial success that enables outstanding care.
Joining us means becoming part of a forward-looking care organisation with a strong, long-term commitment to the success of every home. Supported by substantial, planned investment, we provide the resources and stability needed to deliver high-quality, sustainable care while nurturing thriving communities. This is a full-time, office-based role based at our Support Office in Darlington, working 40 hours per week and offering the opportunity to work closely with colleagues across the organisation to support homes nationwide.
Residents, families and colleagues are at the heart of everything we do. We believe in building trusted relationships, continuously improving the way we work, and creating environments where people feel supported to grow and succeed.
As a Commercial Performance Executive, you'll play a key role at the heart of our Commercial & Growth Directorate. Supporting a wide range of commercial activity, you'll help improve occupancy performance, strengthen commercial capability across our homes and provide the insight, coordination and resources that enable our teams to make informed decisions and deliver exceptional results.
About The Role
This is a varied and collaborative role supporting colleagues across commercial operations, marketing, commercial finance, contracts and commissioning, and sales enablement. Working closely with the Commercial Manager and wider Commercial & Growth Directorate, you'll help turn data into meaningful insight, coordinate key commercial initiatives and ensure the right tools, reporting and processes are in place to support occupancy growth.
You'll monitor performance data, identify trends and opportunities, maintain reporting dashboards and support commercial planning across the Group. You'll also play an important role in embedding our Sales Excellence Framework, coordinating training, maintaining resources and helping Home Managers build confidence in enquiry management, admissions and conversion best practice.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
