Commercial Plumbing Engineer
GBP50,000 - GBP65,000 (depending on experience)

Penguin Recruitment is partnering with a family-owned construction and property maintenance business that has delivered planned and reactive building services across Central London for over 20 years.
As a Commercial Plumbing Engineer, You'll Be
- Installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems on commercial and domestic sites
- Diagnosing and fixing faults across a wide range of systems and appliances
- Carrying out 1st and 2nd fix work, testing, and commissioning
- Building good relationships with customers and subcontractors
- Mentoring apprentices and helping raise standards across the team

What You'll Need
- Time-served, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in gas and plumbing
- Strong knowledge of commercial heating systems
- ACS qualifications: CCN1, CENWAT, CPA1, HTR1
- Unvented (G3), Confined Spaces, Safe Isolation, and Multimeter training desirable, or willingness to work towards them
- Valid CSCS card and clean UK driving license
