Position: Commercial Plumber
Location: Semi-static Royal Botanical Gardens - Haywards Heath & Richmond
Salary: Up to £50,000 DOE plus Overtime and no call-out rota
Commercial Plumber for our client, who have specialist M&E Service Provider with over 50 years of operating history and success. They offer their customers a complete turnkey solution for the installation, service, maintenance, fault finding and repair on a range of M&E equipment.
Due to continued demand and across the Royal Botanical Gardens Contract, a semi-static engineer is needed to work across both sites in Richmond & Haywards. You will have access to a company van to travel between sites. During the working week, your time will be split 50-50

The Commercial Plumber will be responsible for maintenance, reactive repairs, and installations on Heating Pumps, Chilled Water Pumps, Pressurisation units, Expansion vessels, 3/4 Way Valves & Actuators throughout Commercial properties. The Commercial Plumber will also be expected to replace pipework; experience with pipefitting is essential.
Commercial Plumber Salary & Benefits
- Basic Salary £40,000 - £50,000 DOE
- Overtime paid at 1.5x & 2x
- 45-hour working week, including paid lunch
- Pension
- 23 days' holidays plus bank holidays increasing with service

- Experience as a Commercial Plumber/Commercial Mechanical Engineer
- Experience working on Pumps, AHU's, associated pipework etc
- Hold G3 Unvented
- Full Driving Licence
- Able to travel between Haywards Heath & Richmond
