Role Description
This is a full-time remote Commercial Plumber role. The Commercial Plumber will perform daily maintenance and repair tasks on commercial plumbing systems, including installing, inspecting, and servicing pipes, fixtures, valves, and associated equipment.

Responsibilities
- Diagnosing issues
- Performing preventative maintenance
- Coordinating with facilities teams to ensure building services remain compliant with safety and industry standards
- Documenting work performed
- Following company procedures
- Communicating clearly with clients and internal teams to provide professional customer service
Travel to client sites will be required, while administrative tasks, scheduling, and reporting may be completed remotely. From time to time, you may be required to work on jobs that would require high-level access, banksman, or additional assistance on larger work. PPM tasks that would be included would also be ventilation operation checks and grill cleans.

Qualifications
- Strong plumbing skills, including installation, troubleshooting, and repair of commercial systems
- Experience working with pipe systems, fittings, and related equipment in commercial or industrial environments
- Maintenance and maintenance & repair skills for building services and plumbing infrastructure
- Customer service skills to interact professionally with clients, tenants, and team members
- Relevant trade certification or plumbing license, in accordance with local regulations
- Experience in commercial or facilities management settings is highly beneficial
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work orders
- Strong safety awareness and adherence to health and safety standards
- Reliable transportation for travel to job sites and ability to work independently with remote supervision
