Commercial Podcast Lead / Founder's Associate | Founder-Led Scaling Podcast Studio | London

Harmonic is pleased to partner with a newly launched media studio, founded as a sister company to an established consumer brand, built by a team of highly successful entrepreneurs with multiple exits behind them.

With a strong track record of building fast-growing, category-defining businesses, they're now bringing that same instinct to media: developing a slate of original podcast and show formats designed to build engaged, influential audiences across business, culture and beyond.

The Role

This is a fully autonomous role: you'll own a show within the studio's slate end to end, from sourcing guests and running production through to the commercial side, sponsor relationships and deal terms. You'll work alongside one other colleague, each owning a distinct vertical, and support the founders directly on commercial decisions that shape how the business grows.

This suits someone who can operate confidently with minimal oversight from day one: researching and landing top guests, coordinating their appearances, and closing commercial deals within your own patch. Media experience isn't required. What matters more is that you're entrepreneurial and driven, with the appetite to build and run your own mini business inside the business. Experience in project management, deal negotiation, or growing a vertical would all be relevant here. Aptitude and attitude count for more than a media background.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
