Commercial Portfolio Manager

Location: Chesterfield (in person)

Salary: £27,000 basic
OTE: £30,000–£33,000 uncapped
Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday, 9.00am–5.30pm, plus 1 in 4 Saturdays

The Redbrik Group is looking for a Commercial Portfolio Manager to join our growing team, working under our specialist commercial property brand, Bothams – Redbrik's sister company.

Bothams provides specialist commercial property services across Chesterfield, Sheffield, and the surrounding region, covering commercial sales, lettings, and property management.

We're looking for a motivated, proactive, and customer-focused individual to join the team in a varied role combining commercial agency, portfolio management, business development, and client relationships.

You'll work with landlords, tenants, buyers, and vendors, helping to generate new business opportunities while delivering an excellent level of service throughout.

Responsibilities:

Commercial Agency & Negotiation:

  • Conduct commercial property viewings and negotiate commercial sales and lettings
  • Progress sales and lettings through to completion, liaising with all parties to ensure smooth transactions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, buyers, and vendors

  • Build and maintain a commercial property database and pipeline of prospective clients and opportunities
  • Attend commercial networking events and identify new business development opportunities
  • Promote additional services and referral opportunities where appropriate

Property Management:

  • Manage a portfolio of commercial properties, maintaining regular communication with landlords and tenants
  • Monitor client accounts, rental payments, tenancy renewals, rent reviews, and lease events
  • Ensure managed properties remain compliant with relevant legislation and certification requirements

Marketing & Administration:

  • Manage and grow the department's commercial social media presence
  • Format formal valuation reports and assist with issuing these to clients
  • Support the onboarding of new clients and properties, completing relevant compliance and due diligence checks

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving licence
