Job Description
As a Commercial & Pricing Associate at Volter, you will lead the company’s revenue engine by owning end-to-end tender requests. You’ll price and structure high-volume deals for demand customers and generators, balancing speed with accuracy to protect margins. This role is essential for accelerating the global transition to renewable energy through radical transparency.

What You Will Do
- Own the end-to-end pricing and structuring of high-volume import tenders and RFQs, ensuring responses meet strict SLAs to win competitive deals.
- Collaborate with TPI Managers and channel partners to negotiate bespoke contracts and refine pricing strategies based on real-time market feedback and win/loss analysis.
- Partner with founders and engineering teams to identify process bottlenecks and build automated tools that scale Volter’s commercial execution and pricing capabilities.

The ideal candidate
- Brings 4+ years of experience in a commercial, pricing, or trading role, with a strong background in handling live deal flows or structured products.
- Demonstrates exceptional numerical ability and commercial judgment, with the capacity to manage high-volume, deadline-driven tasks without compromising quality or partner responsiveness.
- Possesses a high-agency mindset and excellent communication skills, thriving in fast-paced startup environments and having the existing right to work in the UK.
