Join a high-performing commercial team at the heart of Bureau Veritas, where you'll work on diverse client opportunities, collaborate with experts across the business, and play a vital role in shaping solutions that drive growth and deliver value for our clients.

Role Purpose

The Commercial Pricing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the preparation and delivery of accurate, competitive and timely quotations across multiple Bureau Veritas service lines. The role will act as a central point of coordination between Sales, Operations and Business Unit teams, ensuring client requirements are understood, appropriate Bureau Veritas services are identified, and proposed solutions align with the organisation's service capabilities and operational delivery requirements.

The role requires the ability to interpret client requirements, coordinate multiple technical stakeholders and manage quotation activities across Mechanical, Electrical, Health & Safety and other Bureau Veritas service lines.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end quotation process, ensuring client requirements are understood, appropriate services are identified, and pricing responses are delivered in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Coordinate pricing and technical inputs from Mechanical, Electrical, Health & Safety, Fire, Water and other Bureau Veritas service lines to ensure all relevant information is obtained for client opportunities.

  • Interpret client requirements and determine the appropriate Bureau Veritas services required to meet the scope of client opportunities.
  • Assist with multi-service bids, renewals and large client opportunities.
  • Maintain pricing information, rate cards and commercial documentation.
  • Monitor, track and manage pricing requests to ensure service levels and client deadlines are achieved.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business to facilitate efficient quotation turnaround.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
