About Ventrica

Ventrica is a customer experience business delivering outsourced customer service and customer management solutions for leading brands. We combine people, technology and insight to create outstanding customer experiences while delivering measurable commercial value for our clients.

We are looking for a Commercial Pricing Executive to join our Commercial team on a Fixed term Contract basis to play a key role in developing accurate, competitive and commercially sustainable pricing for new business opportunities, client proposals and contract changes.

The Role

As Commercial Pricing Executive, you will support the development of pricing models and commercial proposals across Ventrica's client and pipeline portfolio.

Working closely with Commercial, Finance, Operations, Workforce Management and other stakeholders, you will translate operational requirements into clear, robust pricing models that balance client expectations with Ventrica's commercial objectives.

This is a highly analytical role that will suit someone who enjoys working with numbers, understanding business drivers and turning complex information into clear commercial recommendations.

What you will do

Commercial Pricing

  • Develop and maintain pricing models for new business opportunities, RFQs, proposals and client requirements.
  • Analyse operational, financial and commercial data to establish appropriate pricing assumptions.
  • Work with Commercial, Operations and Workforce Management to understand resource requirements, volumes, productivity, staffing and service requirements.
  • Partner with Finance to ensure pricing models reflect accurate cost assumptions, margins and financial targets.
  • Prepare pricing scenarios, sensitivity analysis and commercial options to support decision-making.
  • Review and challenge assumptions to ensure pricing is accurate, competitive and commercially viable.
  • Support the preparation of client proposals, RFQ/RFP/RFI responses and presentations.
  • Maintain pricing models, templates, assumptions and supporting documentation.
  • Assist with pricing reviews for existing clients, including contract changes, scope variations and commercial negotiations.
  • Monitor pricing performance against actual operational and financial results and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide clear analysis and commentary for senior stakeholders.
  • Ensure pricing outputs are accurate, consistent and delivered within agreed deadlines.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of Ventrica's pricing processes, tools and methodologies.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
