Commercial Product Development Manager 6-Month FTC | Part-Time (21 hours) | Flexible Working | £55,000 Pro Rata (£33,000 PT)

We’re supporting a leading UK professional body as they recruit a Commercial Product Development Manager to help shape, strengthen and grow their commercial learning portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced product development specialist to build and embed a structured approach to new product creation within a respected membership organisation.

About the Role

The organisation delivers a wide range of governance-focused learning and development solutions — from qualifications and certificates to short courses, CPD resources, digital learning and in-house training. As they expand their commercial offering, they are seeking a strategic, commercially minded product professional to lead the development and lifecycle management of new products and services.

You’ll design and implement a robust product development framework, manage end-to-end product creation, collaborate with subject matter experts, and ensure products are aligned to market needs, commercial goals and professional standards. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on structure, stakeholder engagement and bringing commercially viable learning products to market.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
