ROLE SUMMARY:

Permanent, Full Time: Monday to Friday core office hours of 8am – 4:30pm (40 hours / week)
£26k annual salary + up to £2.6k in quarterly and annual bonuses (up to £28.6k / year in total)

This is a rare opportunity to join a unique online jewellery business in Bristol, where you can become part of a creative and motivated content production team.

This hands-on role involves the production of digital content across a wide variety of formats. You will be taking ideas from conception to completion, shooting, formatting, and editing photographs and videos yourself.

You will be working closely with our full-time model and our marketing team to organise shoots both outdoors and indoors with a mix of photography and videography that highlights the unique features of each piece of new jewellery that we add to our collection.

Digital content production is at the heart of our marketing strategy, and you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and consistency of the imagery that Lillicoco presents to customers and clients.

Creativity is essential, as is the ability to work to a deadline.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
