Role Description
Working alongside the Commercial Product Coordinators, the role will deliver commercially focused product support that contributes to revenue, margin and trading performance.
A key requirement is the accurate, timely and consistent completion of all administrative activities relating to live products, using trading, cost, capacity and margin information to identify opportunities, manage risk and support informed commercial decisions.

The role will support the relevant source market and will work in close partnership with the Global Product Support Team and wider commercial teams. This collaboration will ensure processes are applied consistently, product information remains accurate and up to date, and commercial insight and best practice are shared across markets.

Qualifications
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with commercial stakeholders and the Global Product Support Team
- Excellent attention to detail, with a disciplined and consistent approach to completing administrative tasks, maintaining records and following agreed processes
- Commercial awareness and confidence using cost, capacity, price, run-rate and margin information to support decisions and recommendations
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and delivering accurately under pressure
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, with the ability to analyse and present information clearly
- A collaborative team player who is self-motivated, forward-thinking and comfortable working across global teams
- Positive, reliable and adaptable, with the judgement to respond effectively when business requirements change at short notice
- Knowledge of the travel industry is helpful but not essential.
