Commercial Project Manager
$75,000 per year plus commissions
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Project Manager to lead our commercial division. You will oversee large loss, fire, water, and mold mitigation and reconstruction projects. The ideal candidate manages project timelines, budgets, and client relations while working closely with insurance carriers, adjusters, and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of commercial restoration projects from pre-construction and scoping through final closeout.
- Prepare accurate scopes of work and cost estimates utilizing software like Xactimate.
- Maintain clear, proactive communication with commercial clients, building owners, property managers, and insurance adjusters.
- Schedule, coordinate, and supervise field crews and specialized subcontractors on active job sites.
- Oversee daily operations of multiple commercial mitigation and reconstruction projects simultaneously.
- Act as the primary liaison between property owners, tenants, corporate clients, and insurance adjusters.
- Vet, schedule, and oversee specialized subcontractors, ensuring all work meets local building codes and safety regulations.
- Manage production expenses and ensure projects remain profitable and on schedule.
- Ensure all job file documentation, moisture maps, and digital records are accurately updated in proprietary project management platforms (e.g., DASH, MICA, or XactAnalysis).
- Participate in an on-call rotation to manage large-loss commercial emergencies outside of standard working hours.

Position Requirements
- 3–5 years of commercial construction or property restoration project management experience.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
- IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, FSRT, AMRT) a plus
- Proficiency in Xactimate and standard project management tools.
- Ability to visit active job sites, lift up to 50 lbs, and climb ladders when inspecting losses.
