Salary: £38-£42k
Location: Belfast / Lisburn (Travel to Edinburgh, Dublin and other offices as required with upcoming acquisitions)
About the Role
We’re looking for an ambitious Commercial Projects Lead to join our growing business. This is a brand-new role created to support our continued expansion through acquisitions while driving commercial initiatives across the business.
Reporting directly to the Head of Acquisitions & Commercial, you’ll take ownership of operational due diligence, acquisition integrations, fee review projects and business improvement initiatives.
No two days are the same. One week you’ll be coordinating the integration of a newly acquired business, the next you’ll be analysing revenue opportunities, implementing fee reviews or working with senior leaders to improve operational performance.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, managing projects and making things happen.
Key Responsibilities
Acquisitions
- Coordinate operational due diligence for acquisitions
- Produce due diligence reports and identify operational risks
- Liaise with legal, finance, HR, IT and operational teams
- Manage acquisition project plans
- Coordinate Day 1 readiness
- Support post-acquisition integrations
- Monitor integration milestones
- Produce acquisition reporting for the Leadership Team

Revenue & Commercial Growth
- Lead fee review projects across all regions
- Analyse management fees and commercial performance
- Identify opportunities to improve revenue
- Monitor implementation of fee increases
- Produce commercial reporting and recommendations
- Support budgeting and turnover analysis
Operational Improvement
- Develop and improve operational processes
- Create and maintain SOPs
- Coordinate cross-department projects
- Produce KPI dashboards
- Improve reporting across the business
- Support strategic initiatives
Project Management
- Own multiple projects simultaneously
- Track actions and deadlines
- Coordinate meetings and follow-up actions
- Produce project documentation
- Escalate risks where required
- Ensure projects are delivered on time

Desirable
- Experience within property

Success Measures
Within your first 12 months you will:
- Successfully support all acquisitions from operational due diligence through to integration.
- Deliver fee review programmes across the business.
- Reduce the time taken to complete operational due diligence.
- Improve project reporting and governance.
- Develop scalable acquisition playbooks and SOPs.
- Become the operational lead for acquisitions and commercial projects.
