ISEB Commercial Projects Manager

ISEB is looking for a Commercial Projects Manager to support the successful delivery of projects across ISEB’s Commercial team, providing practical project management and hands-on delivery support to help turn plans and ideas into completed outcomes.

This is a remote 12-month fixed-term contract. Travel to London, Hampshire and other UK locations will be required from time to time.

Working closely with colleagues across the organisation, the role will support a varied range of projects including the development and launch of new qualifications, assessments and services, website and digital developments, customer and market research, data projects and business improvements.

This is a hands-on role combining project coordination with practical delivery. The Commercial Projects Manager will develop and maintain clear project plans, keep activities moving and help colleagues manage deadlines and dependencies, while also actively contributing to project work. This could include undertaking research, gathering and inputting data, liaising with customers, consultants and suppliers, supporting copy and content development, coordinating surveys and pilots, testing digital developments and preparing project materials and documentation.

The role will provide additional capacity and practical support across the Commercial team, helping colleagues deliver projects effectively alongside their day-to-day responsibilities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
