Commercial Property Associate Solicitor - Guildford - Up to £65k + Benefits + Bonus
A well-established regional law firm is seeking an Associate Commercial Property Solicitor to join its growing team in Guildford. This is an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a highly regarded practice, advising on a broad range of commercial property and real estate investment matters within a supportive and collaborative environment.
Joining a dynamic and successful Commercial Property team, you will work closely with experienced colleagues whilst managing a varied caseload of transactions. The role offers exposure to high-quality work across acquisitions, disposals, development, investment and landlord and tenant matters, together with the opportunity to further develop your client relationships and professional profile.
The Role:
- Managing a varied caseload of commercial property matters
- Advising clients on acquisitions, disposals and commercial property transactions
- Supporting clients with property investment and development matters
- Drafting and negotiating a range of legal documentation
- Liaising with lenders, agents, developers and other third parties
- Identifying and resolving legal and transactional issues
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and risk management requirements
- Supporting business development and networking initiatives
- Assisting with the supervision and development of junior team members where appropriate

The Candidate:
- Qualified Solicitor with experience in Commercial Property law
- Strong technical knowledge across a range of commercial property matters
- Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills
- Commercially aware with a pragmatic approach to advising clients
- Strong organisational and file management skills
- Ability to manage a varied caseload independently
- Proactive approach to business development and relationship management
- A collaborative team player with a positive and professional attitude
