Commercial Property Solicitor (1:3 PQE): West Midlands: GBP Competitive DOE + Benefits

A leading regional law firm is looking to appoint a Commercial Property Solicitor with between one and three years PQE to join its growing Real Estate team. Offering a varied caseload, genuine career progression, and a supportive working environment, this is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer looking to take the next step in their career.

The Role

You will advise a broad range of commercial clients, investors, developers, and lenders on a diverse caseload of commercial property matters. Working alongside experienced Partners and senior lawyers, you will handle acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, commercial leases, development projects, and secured lending transactions. This is a hands-on role where you will enjoy early responsibility for your own files whilst benefiting from excellent supervision and mentoring on more complex matters.

The Candidate

Applications are welcomed from Solicitors with between one and three years PQE gained within a recognised Commercial Property team. You will have experience managing your own caseload, possess strong technical skills, and demonstrate a commercial approach to client service. An enthusiasm for networking and business development, together with the ability to build long-term relationships with clients and referrers, will be highly advantageous.
