An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Commercial Property Associate with a minimum of 4 years’ PQE to join a highly regarded and growing commercial property team.
Responsibilities
- Advise on a broad range of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions and disposals.
- Handle landlord and tenant matters, property finance transactions, and general asset management work.
- Provide commercial property support on corporate acquisitions, disposals, and restructurings.
- Manage an experience-appropriate caseload independently while maintaining strong client relationships and delivering excellent client service.
- Contribute to business development initiatives and support the continued growth of the commercial property practice.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years’ PQE in Commercial Property, with experience handling complex matters.
- Experience gained at a respected City, West End, or highly regarded regional law firm.
- Strong technical expertise across commercial acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, property finance, and corporate support transactions.
- Proven ability to manage a busy caseload with minimal supervision, alongside a strong and reliable billing record.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and business development skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with sophisticated commercial clients.
